This monkey is Trouble!

Even when Landon was in the womb, he was a monkey, and that's now what I call him! Always moving around, always kicking. He is living up to his nickname! Landon is constantly in motion, whether it's crawling, kicking, or climbing.
When I take my morning shower, Landon sits in his bouncy seat and watches Sesame Street. However, if Elmo isn't on he will quickly lose interest. A few times lately when I get out of the shower, this is what I see:

Yep, even though he is buckled in, he tries to climb out!

His legs are twisted, hiney in the air, but all he can think about is getting out and crawling around. He's into EVERYTHING!

This little monkey never ceases to surprise me and make me laugh! He is a nut, and every minute with him is a joy!

Swimming with Cousin Hayden!

Landon and I went to play with Hayden and Elisha and do some swimming! We had so much fun hanging out with them! (Remember, Hayden is one day older than Landon!) We tried so hard to get them to sit together and look at the camera. We failed, cause these two love to move! Gone are the days when they would lay on the floor and let us take a million pictures!

Birthday weekend!

We kicked off our week of celebrating birthdays with Aiden's 4th birthday party (see previous post). That was only the beginning!

On Saturday, we started off by going to Mason's 1st birthday party! We can't believe that the little guy is one! Here he is exploring his yummy cake!

Next, we headed over to Carley Walter's 2nd birthday party! She was so cute in her princess crown! Carley had to sit next to her best bud, Tanner. I love these 2 year olds!

Last, but not least, we headed to Wy's 40th surprise birthday party! Of course, I forgot to take out my camera there, but we had a blast! We were all tired on Sunday, but we loved celebrating our friends' birthdays!

A New Buddy and Cute Pics

Landon and I went this week to meet the newest member of the Ayers family, Tucker Melton! I grew up with Laura, and it is great to meet her little one. They're differences are big right now, but soon Landon and Tucker will be great buddies!

Landon and I stay busy running errands, visiting friends, swimming, and going to playdates. He's such a fun little guy, and I love his personality. Landon is crawling up a storm, and keeping Mommy on her toes.

Summer will be ending before you know it, but we're having a blast!

BFF's, Girlfriends, and a New Ride!

Busy week for Mr. Landon! Of course we had to take a pic of the Vine boys at the pool last week! Tristan+Jaxson+ Cade+Landon=so cute!

Chunky Monkey also grew out of his car seat, so it's time for a new one. Landon is now riding in style, and supporting his favorite team!

Landon's Favorite Toy!

Landon loves to play with the toys on his exersaucer. But, when he gets bored of them, it's time to race! Landon loves to "run" around and around. He goes even faster when we say, "Go, Landon, go!" It is so funny, and we just had to share what we get to see every day!

4th of July!

Happy 4th of July! We hung out with the Skalons, Sloans, and Melchers for July 4th. Landon modeled his red, white, and blue and his new bib to mark the occasion!
